Utility customers will see a flat monthly Storm Sewer charge on utility bills from September to April. This fee is collected by the city to assist in funding the maintenance of the city's storm sewer system. A storm sewer's purpose is to manage water runoff from events such as rainstorms, winter thaw, etc. For the current storm sewer fee, please see the city fee schedule.
